Triple Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Triple Strawberry SmoothieServes: Makes 1¾ cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
  • ¼ cup strawberry low fat yogurt
  • ¼ cup strawberry or vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener, to taste
  • ¼ cup water

Procedures:

If you can’t get enough strawberries, revel in this triple-treat of berries, yogurt and ice cream! Recipe is for the Vitamix® 5200 blender with standard 64 oz container. If you use a different Vitamix, you may need to make adjustments to the Variable speed, processing time or the quantity of ingredients.

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Serves: Makes 2¾ cups

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pumpkin, fresh or canned
  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Procedures:

Have your pie and drink it, too! Pumpkin, spice and yogurt will have you believing it’s the real thing. Recipe is for the Vitamix® 5200 blender with standard 64 oz container.
